thanx for the info as im a bit lost without toast for snack, being veggie is a bit limiting, although i have lost 6 lbs in just over a week so im sticking to it.

Some of those LC breads look great Paleoanth. I'm gluten intolerant and am desperately looking for gluten-free, low-carb recipes for bread machines. Anyone know of any? Your help would be *SO* appreciated. I'll post this as a new thread too...hope that's ok.
