I'll be interested to hear about people's multi-bottle experiences.... I've got two bottles in the post (/me taps foot impatiently, and it's a holiday tomorrow so no post then either )

Not sure yet whether to do 2 months straight, or to do a month then cycle off, then see if any gain happens (if I get any loss from it at all!) to sort of judge whether it's the sort of thing you permanently need to take to maintain the loss (well, until diet and exercise make my body catch up!) or if it works permanently etc etc, also if people are saying that most of the loss happened within the first week or so, then maybe a cycle off then back on might make it work better the second bottle.

That's a good point Doogie! The way I understand it Relacore lowers cortisol by lowering your stress and anxiety so I'm assuming that if you come off it and your stress/anxiety go back up your cortisol levels in turn will rise which means you could put weight back on in the belly area if you are not following this WOL....but I'm also assuming that any fat you have lost in the belly won't come back just because you stopped taking Relacore. If you continue this WOL it should stay away forever.....Well that's my theory anyways....LOL

Finished my bottle yesterday, took this picture 10 minutes ago, I'm very happy with the results.

Those are good results Lily. I am experiencing that "very strange feeling in stomach." I hope that means it's working

I've got results. I started Monday and I've lost an inch on my waist and an inch on my gut. I now have a 26.5 inch waist and my belly measures 32 inches. So far, so good!

The only difference I've noticed is I'm wanting to nap again. During Relacore I'd put baby down for a nap and go about cleaning or whatever now, I just wanna nap too.

I miss the extra energy.

I may buy another bottle.

Yeah I know. I just got the one I ordered for JadeFox and I'm wishing it was mine.

I'll be sending postive vibes her way so she has great results with it.

Yeah, but in the eyes of USPS, you're "local"

I suppose it has only been like 5 or 6 business days since I paid for mine, and since we had a bank holiday that always mucks up the post

*taps foot impatiently*

Am I the only one who hasn't noticed a difference? I took Relacore for about a week, gave up on it due to strangely colored urination and then went back on it on Monday- I don't notice a difference at all.
