It might rain today but I plan on doing a nice workout on my X bike and maybe my mini elliptical.

Please notice last night i burned 600 calories!!!

my exercise bike stationary and I Burned 600.8 calories and biked 40 miles in 78:19 minutes

Today

Burned 500 calories on treadmill watched a 2 hour and 8 minute musical on the treadmill — miles walked 5.15 plus I walked the mall afterwards
Took picture of the treadmill read out for motivation

This chart is just a guideline obviously I’m not going to always lose 3 pounds in one week that doesn’t really happen, especially if I get closer to my goal weight HOWEVER on the weekends I don’t have my daughter I tend to up my exercise intake and burn more fat and that might help move the scale - also I don’t have her X-mas break so I will be exercising 5-7 days in a row that week including after work.

Also I have told my daughter I want to be more active on weekends with her and might take her to the gym and swim with her or maybe I can exercise and she can do a tween class there. They have so much to offer children there just the kids membership alone is 50 a month I think (?)

If all goes as planned I should be at goal by the end of February 2021

If only it worked in a linear fashion like that. See how close you can get your actual losses to that straight line. It will be interesting to observe and a good challenge ! Rooting for you E!

Although I post my exercise in my regular journal I really want to start posting in my gym log especially because it is so important in my humble opinion to be active even though they say (who is they anyway) that you can lose weight without exercise on low carb or carnivore).

Yesterday’s Exercise was the Elliptical machine and I used the arms.
I took two pictures of my Read Outs because after an 60 minutes and a 5 minute cool down the machine shuts off and you have to start again.
Picture ONE: 4.05 miles/407 cals/ 1:05:00 hours/minutes
Picture TWO: 1.51 miles/157 cals/23:33 minutes
Total Exercise: 5.56 miles /564 calories/ 1 hour 28 min 33 seconds


I am planning on going back to the elliptical today but I also should list later today the time it takes me to empty my car because just emptying out my car is going to take me a very long time and a lot of walking back and forth!!!

So cool that you are getting this rocking again Entropy. Let you hip be the guide to how hard to push. I like that can use the arms too.

Just want to post the Gym Pictures that I took Yesterday December 30th (well I’m posting the picture but I take pictures because after 60 minutes plus cool down the machine shuts off and you have to start again)

Picture TwO 1.54 Miles Calories 151 Time: 24:57
TOTAL EXERCISE : 5.61 miles 558 cals Time 1 hour 30 minutes

3.92 miles burned 392 cals in 1 hour and two minutes on elliptical machine with arms tonight from 5:30 to 6:30 pm
