Weighed in today! Down to 209!!! I lost 11 pounds in two weeks. I'm doing another round of phase one for two more!!

Lizzy, Were are you?You will find that posting each day helps. Even just to talk. Come on ln and start yourplan to health and well being.
Any one else do come here also.
You do not have to do South beach plan. Any plan you are doing is ok.
Mara. life sure changes for the better when we are heathy. We all know the first step and staying with it is hard. We can do it.

After week three of phase one south beach diet i have lost
another six pounds. Total loss is 17 pounds. I am very excited!!!

Week 1 (9/3-9/9)

Week 2 (9/10-9/16)

Week 3 (9/17-9/23)

Week 4 (9/24-9/30)

I though of doing a monthly thread for the weigh in and just edit weekly but I guess we are not allow to do that

I guess we are supposed to use this thread and keep it ongoing.
