My hands are what I notice the most. Part of it was the fluid loss when I was first diagnosed with CHF, but now there is no puffiness at all. Unfortunately, I still have skin and perhaps have exposed my hands to more sun than I should have even though I fairly faithfully put on sun screen. I really noticed it when my sister started criticizing my hands and then I looked at her's and they were like little round balls with sausages stuck to them - no loose crepey skin. I think I prefer the loose skin!

Like Pen I have the uncomfortable knees thing when I'm lying on my side. They don't hurt, they just don't feel right, too bony.

I haven't lost that much yet but my face looks different, longer. I'm not sure if I like it... will take some getting used to I guess!

I have this too! When I lie on my side, my knees press together and because there is not as much padding, it can hurt. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so my joints are sensitive.

My face is angular now. Sometimes I like it, sometimes it looks drawn, gaunt even...
