Default Baked Jamacian Jerk Chicken Wings

This is very simple. I've made it twice already. I was so tired of my regular black pepper, garlic powder, salt seasonings. I have a few Spice Island spices: The Thai, The Lousiana and The Jamaican Jerk one.

So, after reading about how to make Jamaican Jerk chicken off the net-(which is grilling)-I decided to just throw it in the oven, since thats all I've got. Well wow!!! One recipe I will keep. YUMMY!!!

*Chicken Wings
*Jamaican jerk Seasoning-(Spice Island makes a good one, if it's a different brand and it's hot, don't add the cayenne.)
*Cayenne Pepper-to taste
Water-1 tablespoon

Wash off the chicken, drain. Place chicken in a pan and while still wet add Jamaican Jerk seasoning and cayenne pepper and rub it in. Add 1 tablespoon of water. Bake at 350 degrees until browned-20 to 25 minutes. ENJOY!

Hi Rachelle... congrats on your son I know a lot of the people drink crystal light as well as other sugar-free mix drinks. Just look on the label to see which diet drinks are made with Splenda if you were trying to steer clear of the "rat poison" Hope this helps!

I found a Caribbean jerk seasoning but it has sugar in it. however it is good but I'm worried about the sugar since it's not LC friendly. Anybody else know a good brand?
