Chinese Noodles
when i was a pasta eater, this was my fast food.
it was always in the fridge.
now that i no longer eat gluten, i've discovered that shirataki noodles work just as well......
Ingredients
1 pkg of shirataki noodles
1 clove of garlic minced
3 green onions chopped- greens and white part
low sodium soy sauce (amount is up to you)
sesame oil (amount is up to you)
boil and rinse shirataki noodles for 5 minutes.
drain.
in a sealed container, add all of the ingredients and toss.
keep in fridge and eat when you need something to snack on.
