Question Newby; Body Opus question

Hi,

I'm completely new to the whole Low Carb thing.
I'm currently on BFL but I want to start Body Opus in a while, because I'm on this freaking plateau right now and nothing I do (within BFL) seems to help!

I've read a lot of good information concerning BO but I have 1 question left:
On Friday you have to work out at the end of the afternoon and after that you start carbing up.
Is it possible to do that work-out in the morning??? And if so, do I carb-up right after that or do I wait untill 7 or 8 pm. ??

Any advice is welcome :-)
Thanx !

Lisette

You really should do the workout Friday afternoon/evening and carb up immediately afterward ...

However, in your situation, do the workout Friday morning ... carb up immediately after, and all day Saturday ... and back to LC on Sunday.
