I started having my low-carb ice cream at night but I think it is causing the scale to not work as well
And I walked like 57 minutes on the treadmill to which is sad that I am self sabotaging myself with the low carbohydrate ice cream

Well wish me luck tomorrow is a new day and I really wasn’t that bad today all I had to eat was eggs and meat and the low-carb ice cream
