I have known of my quarantine chub for almost a year now and keep losing and regaining the same 5lbs.
Time to stop messing around.
Stick to my ADF protocol and stop going all Vegas all weekend.
I already quit drinking so that will help with the weekends but clearly I need to pare it down some more. I am ready for some accountability. That's the only way I behave myself right now. I will give myself points for meeting my goals: for staying in calories and for exercising. I'm lackadaisical about both on the weekends.
Coming off a vacation, and I sure ate like I was on vacation the whole time.
I am not weighing in to see the damage until Friday or Saturday.
