It is a pity I live right on the south coast as it does look as if a lowcarber could easily stick to plan even on Atkins induction!!

A pity too that the first main course listed on the menu is spelled wrong though.

I've been to the one in Leeds. Soooo much choice. I went before I started Atkins though.

They do have a good selection of stuff you could eat LC. AS massive salad/vegetable station, grilled indian meats (Chicken, lamb etc)- Japanese sachimi, burgers, tepenyaki hot grill (with prawns, squid, salmon, chicken & beef), roast chinese duck.

Think I'll go again!

Hi,

Have been to the one in MK, but wasn't dieting at the time !

It's a good place for me and boyfriend to go as we have different tastes in restaurant food (the only thing we agree on is Nando's, lol), so at Red Hot, he can eat as much of the wings and ribs as he likes and I can go for the prawns and Chinese. They also do a good Tapas.

Lots of different cuisines, so lots of choice
