Thanks for the supportive words. I had no idea that the results would be *that* good after 3 months of low carb. Wow.

And Donald, you're right - this was definitely a gift. Good luck with your test results, too!!!

Tomorrow I'm celebrating Christmas with roast beef, Yorkshire pudding (low-carb, of course), fresh broccoli, and of course some Splenda-sweetened homemade eggnog.

WOW! My doctor called with my results and...


...my cholesterol is 159 and my "bad"cholesterol is 105

He referred to my results as "phenominal".

And they say it doesn't work....
