140 to lose & starting Atkins. Meat suggestions early on?
My wife and I are starting the Atkins 20 diet this weekend as we are reading our home of the bad foods as I type this. I did the Atkins diet about 10 years ago and lost nearly 100 pounds so I know it works. Not sure what all has changed as we have done all of our research through the wonderful Internet LOL.
Wanting to make sure I understand it correctly when I say net carbs are TOTAL CARBS - FIBER? Seeing that basically ground beef, chicken breast, and a few others are basically “free” net carbs. Daily goal is to stay under 20 net carbs? Hope this is correct.....anyone?
