Default Dr. Oz- more leading the witness- Mark Sisson

Mark Sisson had no sooner said to elliminate grains when oz chimed in to elliminate 'simple' carbs and took it over. Oz doesnt get it. From show 12/12/14

Amen to that Deirdra. If Dr Oz told people how well the LC plan really works then he would loose his kick backs for the new earth shattering weight loss pills he comes out with every day. That creep makes me sick. I believed him for so many years. This is why I am 230 or was 230 pounds. I can not even watch him any more.

Once again LC is working for me and this time I am not going to slip back into my old ways.

Why are people ALWAYS spelling "lose" wrong? "Loose" is "not being tight." STOP THE MADNESS!!

With that being said, Dr. Oz is a Oprah-paid hack paid to spit out whatever's trendy.

Thank you for the spelling lesson. Probably lucky I did not screw more of the post up. I do appreciate the correction. Maybe I will remember. I Hope.

I always wondered did Opera got rid of him or did he leave her because his get thin quick with no effort no diet just take this or that pill did not work for her. Now you say they are still affiliated. Hummmmmmm I do not pay much attention to TV anymore.

Dr Oz is lethal IMO. He spouts out dietary advice and his following go out and buy whatever he recommends. I had an acquaintance who asked me to buy her a box of meal replacement bars Dr Oz recommended that were high fiber. (She couldn't get those bars where she lived.) When I looked at the nutrition label the bars were hi fiber, and also very hi carb and hi sugar. Of course lo protein and very low fat. But if Dr Oz recommended it, then that is what she wanted.

I think the term POS is being too nice. He needs to stop championing things. Everything he touches becomes fodder for ridicule. Paleo has a hard enough time as it is. This is just ammo for haters. Ugh! Oz is the devil.

Probably because many people are going LCHF and no longer need heart surgery.

I thought Oz was called on the carpet for some thing awhile back? So amazed he is still on the air. I got caught up in his hype a long time ago and bought two bottles of some thing that did nothing until I went LCHF. Good they were not expensive. I threw what was left of them out.

He's such a hypocrite. A couple of years ago he was quoted in Time magazine, saying that "When you eliminate an entire food group, that can NOT be healthy" - this was in reference to Atkins.

Now, of the diet he is touting, the link above says "(details of what to eat/not eat) ...After two weeks, you can slowly reintroduce some of the food groups you cut out." SAME AS ATKINS (induction)!!

If we could swear on this board, now would be the time.
