I got hamburger. I am thinking a monster 1 lb. cheeseburger. Will suit me well

Feel very 'empty', bloaty feeling is gone now, I got that super good 'very natural and normal' body feeling. Love it.

Doing so well it is almost stupid. as in why does not one stay where it is so easy and one leaves when it is oh so easy and a stupid fix to it all:

I don't know but I am thriving LOL

fought big cravings

kid wanted to shop with me.

we hit the bakery---omg such pretty inticing delish holiday crap out there....I wanted it all LOL

hit the chip aisle for something new she wanted to try....ok not too bad cause I don't like 99% of that crap.

hit ice cream aisle and lingered....ut oh, I wanted again. Saw my absolute favs and just melted (haha get that melted in the ice cream aisle for what I desired so bad!)

I had to chat with me. Put on the big girl panty chat. Hardcore chat. Why I do what I do. Not weight loss, vanity and more. I focused on health. Why sugar is evil LOL I had to talk to me for a long time to get off that emotional bandwagon of 'I would kill to eat' whatever just for a bit.....it would never be a bit...not one bite, not 2....it would be an epic insane ride. Couldn't go there.

so just spewing what it takes for me and when I gotta pony up thru stupid thoughts of it all.

bleck! it sucks! some days are truly hard on us.
how we do react is key. What tools we have to survive are key.

I got ALL my help thru how others have gone before me. They showed me the way, now hold onto it hold the smart advice from others very dear. it works for me!

great sales on standing rib roasts. I just buy them and cut them up into slabs and have a bunch of delish ribeye steaks at a low cost.

one place has them for $5.99/lb. I am grabbing up the smaller roasts as I can before the sale goes off. Need to fill my freezer!

forget buying other junk, meat is what I want for the holidays HAHA

yeah... just saw standing rib roasts for $6/lb...
i got 6 steaks yesterday and a large bag of large shrimp from one meat market yesterday..
and just got back from another meat market, this morning.
got me another whole tenderloin and the butcher sliced off that muscle that is tough...
he cut them into portions for me and I also got a bunch of ground beef.
i've been missing my burgers!

my freezer is filled with wonderful meat.
only 1 chix breast remains in the freezer.

i do mix it up.... that way, i don't get tired of just meat.

WOW Pilotgal, you are so lucky you hit a good deal on tenderloin. I am just not finding it here...SCREAM!!
and the butcher made it perfect for you! Sweet deal on that.

hey you hit my same deal on standing rib. nice to see a lower price, this is the time to grab them up.

so many love turkey, which I am not a fan...but they can get them SO cheap....I sure wish my red meat would go that turkey cheap HAHA but won't happen but we can sure grab the deals when we see them!!

glad your freezer is full like mine.....makes us meat eaters feel very secure

I'm pretty sure I'm getting a 1/2 a cow for Christmas! It's the only thing I told my husband I wanted...

Haven't been by much lately because I don't have much to report. Still eating mostly meat. Some days a little mayo and guac. On the weekends I've been having some wine and cheese as well. Christmas is coming and I may eat a veggie or two with onion dip. We'll see...

wow tess that is so good! fill up the freezer with fresh good local meat. Can't ever go wrong on that! We know it makes us feel good to have it all at our fingertips in the freezer. You will have a lot~ great present! no doubt about that.

I am holding carnivore for the holiday.

In fact I thought about what I might want and when it came down to it, if I decided to have something, there was nothing I truly would want to eat. Family having lasagna for dinner and I am doing beef/shrimp….the lasagna is just not enough of a draw for me to eat it.....so that is good for me LOL but nothing else is on the menu that will draw me in. Kinda like it just isn't good enough to go off plan for at this point

I know I will be having a few drinks also. That I planned for. I do well on carnivore with drinking in that I do some 'sugar free fruit punch' with my rum and it is enough. can't drink much anyway, my body won't allow it. my alcohol tolerance has changed dramatically.....on carnivore my body says heck no to the old way I drank but hey I am fine with just that.

Cool on the cow in the freezer. I am envious on that one LOL

Thank heavens the holiday food feast is over. My fridge is overloaded on leftovers. YUK! I hate throwing food out but at this point I can not wait to ditch all this crap. Leftover apple pie no one will eat. Leftover ribs drowning in sugary BBQ sauce 'they all had to put over so many ribs' cause they were going to eat them....yea right, so I doubt those will be eaten up and I ain't washing off ribs with sugar on them, I would rather them hit the trash bin.

I can't yell loud enough! I AM SO SICK of food being all around me. For people like me who have a food attitude like mine, LOL, you know at some point you go food insane. Literally.

Thank goodness to me here it is over. New Years means nothing....not crazy food time like Xmas Eve and Xmas Day.

But I stayed on plan. I had a few drinks each day that truly hurt my guts. I am getting killed by alcohol now on zero carb. I can't handle it....I think it will have to go mostly by the wayside now

So never ate anything off plan....easily kept my course with good steaks and more good meat/seafood. Drinks...boo LOL

So ready now to focus forward!! In easier manner vs. having to fight thru the holidays LOL

CARNIVORE all the way baby!
