I used to love the concept rowers we had at the small gym we had at work, I joined a gym the other day and tried the concept2 rowers again..Maybe if I can build up to 10,000 m steady rowing I might lose some pounds? And maybe throw in some sprints and higher intensity short distances.....what do you think?
