The Mark Hyman interview with Terry Wahls is excellent, well worth watching. It's the best interview I've seen with her and I've watched a lot.

New Podcast! DietDoctor is launching a podcast tomorrow, with my favorite interviewer, Dr Bret Scher. Read about him at the announcement.

https://www.dietdoctor.com/diet-doc...ching-a-podcast

And this interviewer is young and keeps it basic, but his first season are with some low carb rockstars in advance of the KickStarter funded new movie, Food Lies.

Long interviews too...like a course in LC nutrition. Noakes, Taubes, etc.

Thought this forum had a thread about Dr. Ben Bikman's recent talks and podcasts. Can't find it for now so placing this link here. It is another head spinning podcast interview conducted by Mike Mutzel of HIH with Dr. Bikman.

I think I put links to a couple Bikman presentations in one or two of our protein threads. Good to sprinkle various Bikman interviews and podcasts around, as he's doing some very interesting and relevant research.

I like it, Janet. Bringing in more MD practitioners with clinical experience and results from applied protocols is a very powerful way to understand metabolic issues and how to manage them. The needle is certainly moving in the right direction.

The new LowCarbMD podcast has continued to have some top people for LC information. I've subscribed. Amy Berger was good this week, and last week with Dr Cywes offered a different perspective. He describes the addictive properties of carbs, including his personal struggles about what can realistically be done to control weight. He is a Bariatric surgeon so cutting out a healthy organ is one of his tools, But he also had comments about food (carbs) from a substance abuse perspective.

Human Performance Outliers also interviewing interesting LC advocates. Another good Ben Bikman this week. http://humanperformanceoutliers.lib...4-dr-ben-bikman

Lots of info about heart disease, cholesterol and low carb solutions: https://thefatemperor.com/podcasts/

Can be heavy on the science such that hard for me to follow just listening, but really good info. And Ivor Cummins accent is easy on the ears!

Flippin' Health is a new-ish podcast by PreKure, a New Zealand-based provider of online lifestyle medicine courses for aspiring health coaches and existing health professionals looking to update and upskill. The podcast is hosted by Grant Schofield, Professor of Public Health at AUT University in Auckland and co-author of the What the Fat? book series that promotes LCHF eating, and his research assistant George Henderson.

I've found it fairly interesting so far, but then I myself was a recent guest so I'm definitely biased.

Love Grant Schofield and of course want to hear you , even with a strange NZ humor title.

Very good interview Grav. You've become one of our stars. A lot of people are sure to be able to relate with your story, both your struggles with weight and the power of the low carb intervention despite your extreme skepticism initially.

A good new podcast with Dr. Ben Bikman. https://www.peak-human.com/post/dr-...xSkbYy-AizOxT8o

And a general observation that should be in technical forum, but for the past few months, Advanced Search has not worked at all. I use to be able to find previous threads with Advanced Search and in this case just Ben Bikman without the Dr., keeping search terms as simple as possible, but now nothing, no results for many different searches when I know posts exist. Frustrating. Rob, please add this new interview to any other Bikman thread you have. Thanks.
