Got my Cholesterol numbers back and you know what? I think this crazy diet is working.

Tot HDL LDL Trig TC/HDL LDL/HDL

Jul 03 254 48 188 108 5.3 3.9

Oct 03 242 46 180 95 5.3 3.9

Jan 04 243 71 160 73 3.4 2.3

The last two test have been on CAD. I doubt I'll ever get my LDL down to 130 (and now their saying 100) but I like everything else.

Yeah, this crazy diet works. But, if we have not been mislead about the food pyramid and other things, this wouldn't be much of a surprise. Congratulations and I wish you continued progress.
