Default 2 months on - 1 weekend very very off

Yikes, I ate and ate and ate all the carbs I could get my hands on this past weekend. I planned to cheat Friday - but Sat we went to Ikea and I ate swedish meatballs and I had to get a cinnamon roll for dessert and later that night we went to Applebees and doggone it but they have 3 course meals there which include the most decadent brownie dessert. (of course it was such a deal that I had to get it)

Sunday we went to our favorite Mexicantown buffet restaurant and I ate homemade tortillas, tamales, cookies, etc and etc.

Needless to say, I felt like crapola and am back on today. My weight is up 1 1/2 pounds but to get me back into ketosis will take a few days and for the cravings to stop a few more days. UGH!

Feels good to confess.............................

I had a bad weekend too so i know how you feel. The important thing is to get yourself back on the wagon and keep going. The path may be rough sometimes but this is a journey and the important thing is to keep going and keep trying
