Default brpssm's gym log

I thought I should start a gym log to help keep me on track with my exercise. This is my current exercise regime goal which I have been following for a little while:

Monday evening: 1 hr step aerobics (with some upper body + ab toning)

Tuesday evening: 1 hr step aerobics (with some upper body + ab toning)

Wednesday morning: 45 mins HIIT cardio + lower body weight training 15 mins

Thursday evening: Step aerobics (with some upper body + ab toning)

Friday morning: 45 mins HIIT cardio + upper body weight training 15 mins

Saturday morning: 45 mins HIIT cardio + lower body weight training, crunches

Sunday: rest

Well, got off track a bit last week because of a combination of things, but really no excuse. Was still pleased that I actually missed the exercise so I did squeeze it in a few nights.

On Thursday night I did 25mins of HIIT on the stationary bike -- it was extreme, I really pushed it but it felt great! Followed that up with come calisthetics (arms and abs)

Saturday morning went to the gym at work. Did 30 minutes HIIT on the elliptical trainer and then 20 minutes of weight training.

Tonight, back to normal schedule, step it is...
