Oh how 😋 Yummy.

Long ago I was a great bread baker.....and eater!!! Gave up baking after reading DANDR over 20 yrs ago......kept all my cookbooks though. Ethiopia Honey bread was a favorite. Laced with cardamon and honey. Yum.

The more you know your own body, the better the chance of success.

How is " book"?

Ps. Eating a better diet has many positive effects on the body and creates better health even if scale doesn't move.....the scale is not the only objective IMHO, and current studies.

Hey
The book is good. A couple of ideas might be a little outdated but on the whole it was positive. A lot of the information, I’ve heard before but he puts it in a way that makes it easy to relate. I think fasting is on the cards at some point in my future…
