Default I thought going gf would be hard

but I never expected that my hardest sacrifice would be VINEGAR. This means no deviled eggs, no topping or dressing that tastes good to me (I know about oil and lemon) for my salad. No ranch dressing for my chicken. No pickles. No mustard. Arrrrghhh! It's so hard to believe that the only thing that is intended for us to eat by nature is meat and vegetables. I know they're good for you but there is so much else out there that is not sugar or starch.
I have seen the recipe for ranch dressing with buttermilk and sour cream. Are those items okay for us? It seems buttermilk should be different somehow as should be sour cream. Maybe because by themselves, I consider them nasty tasting, so how can they be bad for me? Only good tasting things are bad for us. Right?
