Nancy that is a great article. I really didn't understand it all, but I think I get the gist of it, especially since it is what I have experienced. In July 2007, I was basically bedridden until August. I got to the point where I could walk 4 blocks and back to my house. It was really hot, so I didn't try to walk farther. It took me a week to recover from that excursion. The next time I walked a little farther, it took a week to recover from that as well. By mid Sept. I was taking two walks a week. By October 3 walks a week. It took me a day to recover from my walks, I went on that way for months taking a walk taking a day to recover. It took me three days to recover from the disability test even though I passed it with flying colors. I can do some activity almost everyday now, but it still takes me a day or two to recover from moderately strenous activities. I am still going for a full cure. I still don't care that it is "impossible."
