Good for you! I totally agree with you that everybody needs to find their own rules.

The basics are there for everyone to build that foundation, but everyone needs to listed to their own bodies and discover what does and doesn't work for them. One person can eat zucchini and another can't. One person can drink wine AND eat dessert and someone else has to choose.

Decide for yourself, keep a journal, remember what you did and how it affected you. Then follow it.

It really does work. REALLY!!!!

I just love this WOE! I 'm glad I did Atkins first so I really got the hang of LC, but CALP has definitely been much easier for me to live with and I've lost 2.5 # in 2 weeks, too, so that's a big boost since I wasn't getting anywhere on Atkins.

It's fun to look forward to my RM. I thought it would be hard not to be able to snack when I wanted to, but it hasn't bothered me a bit, other than when I first started and had to remind myself not to take a bite of something when it wasn't a meal time.
