that's interesting Amrita because I have some asian friends too but never noticed that "inner monitor" in action. I just thought that because they eat rice they therefore eat carbs without restriction ! I'm going to observe her eat from now on and see if she is the same as your friend .... i'll have plently to observe in phuket too. (discreetly ofcourse! )
