Default Tuesdays' workout

Biceps: 3 sets exercise, 6-8 reps
DB bicep curls: 20lbs
Banded curls: blue band: thick
Hammer curl bar: 32.5 lbs
8 upper reps/8 bottom reps/8 full reps: combination reps: 10 lbs

WEDS: 30 mins. spin class, 30 min. walk outside, too sore from last leg day to do any hamstrings....

THURS: off all exercise, rest day

Friday: 1 hr. yoga flow, 45 mins. abs class

Sat: OFF
Sun: OFF

Still not losing...but at least I am exercising. I have incorporated fruit carbs again...my WOE looks more similiar to SB more than anything, but at this point, I just needed some extra vitamins and a bit of sweetness from strawberries and grapes. Ah well, I am hanging in there. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
