Sorry, no one has answered in 5 days, so maybe not. I posted a link to an excellent guide on the DietDoctor website a few posts back. I am now in a community focused on Nutrient Density. JEY100 That's interesting but not veg based, just another make-do plan and I really do not need a new plan. I'm not worried about having no response in 5 days, but thanks. I've been veg/fish for over 45 years, just looking for the regular veg talk.
