My previous experience is that I lost an average of 1-2 pounds per week on CAD. There is a little flow chart of things to do if you lose more than 2 pounds or less than 1 pound (average) weekly. This is in keeping with everything I had heard about the speed of "healthy" weight loss.

what I lost.......
The first two weeks that I was on CALP I lost quite a bit of weight. Now I am loosing about 2 lbs a week and I DO agree with what animaldoc said about loosing it at a healthy rate. It's VERY important to be good to yourself.
Don't be in a big hurry...... good things come to those who wait.
