Default Importance of Journaling on CAD/CALP

Hi CADDIES<3.

The importance of Journaling on CAD/CALP.
I journaled all through my first year in my CAD/CALP paper diary. Journaling keeps us on track and is over all a bank for us Caddies. Back then I had no support. When I went to AO (over eaters a.), dr. dieticians they all would scoff over my diet plan. The journal showed my progress + the literature keep me sane and in place, prayer did help. Had not done it without Gods help. First i lost 17 kilos. Then another 10 kilos. Total of 60 pounds.

When I was new here I got the advice to start to journal and use the Journals / Bootcamp tool.
Instead of using the main CAD/CALP forum threads post on my daily meals and journal notes + more private stuff I'd share here I could gather my daily post in one place. The senior members could come and read + give me great advice.
I have a paper journal where I post my daily moist measuring stats in. I am gravitating towards posting more/most journaling stuff in my paper journal.
I have another paper- calendar i created for all my plans including meals and what to foods to buy.

journaling is essential for must of us. Very helpful tool.
How do you go about your notes and journaling? Weight/measure tape/foods/shopping groceries, ups and downs ...?

Go to: Journals / Bootcamp

Bless <3
