I googled this a bit right after I saw it, does it just work along with the food I already eat? Or do I still need a post workout meal? I'll continue to look things up, but I'd love more feedback. Clearly, I'm not as good at Internet research as I thought I was, or I would have already found BCAA's :P
Protein powder has really helped me cut my cravings and build muscles. I really wanted to stay away from the Walmart brand supplements because of the crab count and the supplements they put in that carp. Somebody posted about a Whey Protein powder at Trader Joe's that was very low-carb and good for you. I tried it an loved it. Since this thread has popped back up, what about goat milk protein powder? There's several on the market as well. It's so highly person dependent if when one says they've stopped dairy they mean all dairy, or just bovine (cow) based dairy.
