The timming option!! It's been the best one for me, besides the GTF chromium!! When I eat less cm's, I lose better, and feel better.

I recommend an exercise that you'll enjoy. When you're doing something you like, it doesn't even feel like exercise.

I like to walk my dawg, Buckshot. When we started our walks, we both needed to loose weight. Buckshot is at goal, but he still goes with me for encouragement.

If you like dancing, put on some 'can't-stand-still' music and go at it. If the weather isn't cooperating for a walk, that's my fall back exercise.

What are some activities that you like?

Wow... all great suggestions... I try walking, but I always come up with excuses - some valid, some not. I'm really busy with work, kids, etc. so it's hard to get a routine going and I am NOT a morning person. No way can I do the "get up early and exercise" thing.

Maybe I should start with the chromium. I've just been following the basic plan and occasionally IFing.

Less CM's seems to be helping me. I haven't purchased the Chromium yet and walking when I can....
