Default Hello and Help please

Good to find some folk who are ageing wonderfully well !! My age is 74 so good to know I am not alone. Many years ago I got into the lowcarb life style which is so beneficial for my health. As a result of nursing my husband who eventually died 4 years ago and having my gallbladder removed I fell off the wagon. One big problem now is digesting fat. Hopefully there is someone out there who has overcome this kind of thing and advice would be most appreciated. I am doing lowcarb but not high fat and get hungry. Is under 50 carbs a day any good?
This thread seems very quiet at the moment so here's hoping someone sees this - it would be great to get to know you x
