Default Discovered a yummy cereal substitute....

Has anyone ever seen these:

My grocery store had them on sale for $.50 so I picked up a bag of the chocolate not knowing what I'd do with it....

So this morning I decided that they looked enough like Cocoa Krispies to eat with milk like cereal...and they were! It was a wonderful, chocolately, protein-packed (about 20 grms including the lc milk) treat! Tasted just like a chocolatly kids morning cereal. I know it sounds weird, but i swear it was great!

I've seen those at my grocery store too. Not for 50 cents. I thought they where like malt balls, are they not?

Mine had 6gms of SAs so not too bad at all.

And no, they aren't like malt balls at all...they're hard to describe, but kinda like a crispy protein bar all crumbled up and covered in chocolate. Actually, if you've ever tried the Genisoy LC bars, I think theyre really similar to those. IMO, they don't taste vary good plain, but with a splash of milk, their sweet flavor really came out.

Ive seen them at GNC and at health food stores. Theyre right next to the protein stuff...shakes, powders, etc.

The White Chocolate flavor has no SAs and only 2 carbs. I've tried all flavors and like peanut butter the best (7 SAs). Ever had the Keto Crunch cereal? That's like cocoa krispies. Try it!

They're over $2 each in Chicago. I'd love to have them again if they were 50 cents. Probably a close out

These did not kick me out of weigh loss or cause any cravings.
