Well, I'm finally here, now the hard part. To all of you that are this is the hard part. I've been on LC for 1.5 years and love it, but it was a long jouney. I am working and out and know that's the key, but that it the hard part.

Congrads to all of you that made it to the Maintenance Club.

Yes, lots of stalls. Working out ended the stall. Plus, I just started a couple weeks ago Lcarnitine it works.

Hey good for you !!!1
I find maintaining very easy. I know what I have to stay away from and I have no problem doing that, I don't ever feel deprived, cause the food is just not worth the weight gain that will happen.
Be sure and go back further in this thread and read some of the older posts about OWL and Main.

Good Luck, Kathy

Congrats!!

I haven't found maintenance difficult, but YMMV. It depends on why you wanted to lose the weight, how your health is, etc. For me, in the "carrot vs. stick" analogy, the carrot was being thinner, and the stick is health problems that return when I stray too far back into my old habits. That stick stings. So it's a pretty good motivator!

Good luck!
