Question Fluconazole with charcoal/probio/antibio? to reduce 'die-off' syndrome?

Can Fluconazole be taken with activated charcoal? or probiotics? or antibiotics?
will there be any INTERACTION between Fluconazole and Charcoal?
Can it absorb the 'toxins' released during the 'die-off' syndrome?
How many hours to wait after taking Fluconazole to have the charcoal?
Which probiotics , Saccharomyces Boulardii or Kirkman's Pro-Bio Gold should I take?
Will the Fluconazole kill the probiotics?
Your answer will be greatful!
