Count carbs. 25 per day. Now thru Christmas.
Two cheat days, Dec 24 and 25 unless I can find viable lc options.

Need 2 days for ice cream low carb. Any two days. Limited to one pint.

MOMD 2 done yesterday

MOMD #8. I had to force myself to eat today. Normally I wouldn’t force it but I’m trying to stave off a migraine. I was having way too many migraines earlier this year. Until I get back to being keto adapted, I think going 36+ hours without eating is probably a bad idea.

Good job Ms. A!

Thx for the recipe Kristine!

MOMD #11

Made tuna casserole tonight to satisfy a craving. Kept it LC and topped it with white cheddar pork rinds. Was tasty. Had to force myself to not eat all of it in one sitting. lol

Thurs - Day 10 MOMD

I must have forgotten to hit the send button on my post yesterday.

Anyway, I've made tuna casserole too, GB. I've used shirataki noodles, but if I use mushrooms, I don't even really need the noodles. That was one of my favorite meals as a kid.

ADVANCE TREAT DECLARATION: my wonderful husband bought me a gluten-free pizza... and then apologized. He's funny. It's actually not the worst carb cheat out there: it's not LC, but it's mostly flax seed. I'm going to make him split it with me.

K - I love gluten free pizza!

Funny about tuna casserole - it was the one dinner I cooked as a kid. And I remember that at one point, my dad said "no more noodles" in the tuna casserole. I think he was ahead of his time back in the 80's. So I stopped including noodles in my tuna casserole. And we switched from peas to green beans. He did allow the french fried onions on top but only a thin layer. Yeah ... in hindsight, he'd heard about LC and was trying to help me. About that same time, he dictated no more sugar. And I baked my first sugar free cookies. OMG those were soooooooo nasty! And the adults lied to me - said they were really good. Seriously - I had taste buds!

I am MOMD #12 for yesterday.

Hey Daddio! Congratulations on the 8 pounds.

I am MOMD #14 tonight.

I am calling an off day for Sunday. Maybe. I want sushi and one roll I absolutely love has rice. The other one does not. Because it’s my birthday, I might indulge in sushi. Otherwise, I will make myself a low carb and sugar free birthday cake. If I’m not feeling up to the cake, I will go with keto cinnamon rolls. Obviously if I don't go with sushi, no off day needed.

ETA: I will not be having sushi tomorrow. But I am making keto Tres Leche Cake from dietdoctor.com. Cross your fingers that it comes out well!

Mornin', folks. GB, how was your cake? I don't remember that recipe; I'll have to go look at it. I like the DD recipes I've tried.

Daddio, hope you had a good weekend and the damage was minimal.

I'm hangin' in there - 12 days mastering my domain.

Hi all!

MOMD 16 through yesterday.

The cake was good. More like Dos Lethe but good. I might decrease the sweetener in the cake portion because I can feel the crystals from the Swerve. But as I recall from original tress Leche cake, I had the same problem with sugar crystals.

Diet Dr. website, along with Maria’s and ruled.me are my go to websites recipe these days.
