I was shopping in the grocery store and admiring that different displays of ice cream and popsicles. I came across a box of chocolate covered caramel ice cream that was 2 net grams of carbs per bar. The actual brand was Skinny Cow by Nestle. I had one today and I tell you that it was fantastic. Because this is the first time eating it though, I made sure that I drank two more bottles of water just in case it stalls me. But try it everyone, it's was delish!
