Sounds like you've got a good plan going AZ!

I've been really happy with the eating on BFL. The first few weeks I stuggled with the six meals a day, sometimes I didn't want to eat one more meal. I love it now because I'm never hungry and I'm still losing weight. What a great thing!

Wow, just got done doing the grocery shopping with the BFL shopping list for their suggested week 1. WOW! Their Web site needs a disclaimer to let you know to buy and extra refridgerator before you go shopping. Actually I got it all to fit, but some of the things they listed I will pick up during the week as needed as I dont want to have salmon siting in the fridge for 5 days or cilantro for that matter, they just don't hold up well.

Gonna stat on Monday, that will give me the weekend to finish reading and get my workout weights finalized. It will also give me the time to find storage places for the stuff I've been stacking ON the Bowlex. (See there goes my pre-made excuse for not exercising. )

I'm going to keep on SBD until then, no need to go nuts for a couple days.

Well two BFL workouts down, tomorrow morning is the first Lower Body Workout, which I'm really looking forward too. I think I do better with the weight lifting than the cardio, which makes me wonder....

BFL is good for losing fat and building lean muscle tissue, but what about building long period endurance? I was thinking about trying to do a more intense running program along with the weight training, but BFL says not to do any more exercise than what the plan calls for or you won't be giving the muscles enough time to mend and repair. Any suggestions?

Also, I knew it would happen and it did, the scale went up a pound on my first day of eating on the BFL plan. I know it would and it doesn't bother me, but I just want some assurance that it will eventually start going down again, I'd hate to see me gain back all 16 lbs I lost on SBD for the three weeks, before I started BFL.
