Default A question about receipes

HI!
I am being brave and want to make food that both my family and I can eat. I have linked about and found some -- BUT there are no carb. counts and I want to be serious about this WOL, now.

How do you figure this out easily??? Is there a method?

Please tell because some of these things sound good and would be nice to feed everyone at once, for a change.

If you are trying to get the carb count on the ingredients of a casserole and the like, then you could invest in a nutrition software. I use one. They are not expensive.

Maybe I do need that.

What do you do, input all the ingreds. in and it gives you the figures then?

What/which kind do you use?

Open up a (free) account at fitday.com and use it to calculate recipes. Open up up another one while your there to input your daily food if you haven't done it already.
