Default Aaargh!

ok, I know I eat when I'm stressed or upset but I've been doing so well. Last night I ate probably a cup of potato chips and washed it down with a hanful of jelly beans. Blech, felt awful afterwards. Hope I haven't derailed this.

I've been messing up too--always after about a week of successful Induction. But look at the progress you've made so far! It gives me inspiration to go on--despite whatever mistakes we made, we can do this! Even if it means two steps forward, and 1 step back, in the long run we'll be moving forward.

Look at what you wrote. You cheated and then you went right back on.

This is great!

We here that become successful with this plan look at it as a Way Of Life not a diet you cheat on.

We live in the real world and occasionally make high carb choices but come back to what works for us.

Take care - you got in control quickly - you are back on track.

Hurray for you!
