Default Actually managed not to overeat for a day

Well Hallelujah, managed a whole day eating as planned

Reading all the positive posts on here certainly helps. You may not always be losing but so many on here just never give up and that gives hope Sharing your ups and downs is beneficial to someone like myself.

My head just wasn't in the right place and I couldn't force it to get there.
Don't know what's been wrong with my thinking this last year or two but I haven't been able to get my head around sensible eating.
Constantly overeating with no willpower when faced with high carb sugary food.
Thinking I should start my journal again, yes that might help.

So please pardon my elation but one day, without bingeing is great progress.

Well done and hopefully you'll manage to sustain it this time around.

I know how you feel because I was exactly the same, and I do know how hard it can be. For some reason though, it has all finally fallen into place and I'm able to stay focused and determined. I hope the same happens for you, and yes, journaling can really help.

Esw.... You are not alone. These last couple years have been a real struggle. "Just don't quit trying".
