Hi everyone,

I read some good reviews and decided to try Lean System 7. I started on Friday (7/8) and I have noticed increased energy but no shakiness. I exercise regularly, but still have a pesky 10 lbs. to my goal.

Has anyone here used it or thinking of using it? What were your results?

Thanks bunches!

Bon

The 7-keto is like DHEA which boosts hormones / steroids in your body. Not sure how old you are but normally young people don't want to do this (young people have too many hormones as it is) but older people need this. Typically they say around "middle age" (age 40 or so) is the youngest age you want to take these. I take DHEA and it gives you a "queasy" sensation in your stomach about days 4-5.

The Yerba mate, guarana, green tea, are usually found in most weight loss accelerators.

Citrus aurantium is "bitter orange" -- "contains several substances known to stimulate metabolic rate, which should increase calorie burning"

"dandelion leaves have also been used historically to treat water retention."

Bioperine is a black pepper extract - "Piperine, in the patent pending form of Bioperine, enhances the body's natural thermogenic activity - hence the term Thermonutriene"

So these should boost your metabolism. One word of warning. A lot of these types of accelerators will dehydrate you. So you should start drinking a lot more water. I had to stop taking them because I got so dehydrated. Since it is summer time, and you are therefore more dehydrated as it is -- be extra careful.

Thank you for your response kebaldwin.

I am in my mid-40s, so extra hormones would be a good thing for me...

I definately have more energy from the product and have had no side effects. I have noticed that I am using the bathroom more often, but I am also drinking more water. I typically drink 64 oz.+ daily.

Thanks again for your feedback. Hopefully, LS7 will help me lose my remaining 10+ lbs.

Where in NC are you?

Smiles,
Bon

I live in raleigh (cary), and work mostly in Winston-Salem.

I checked out your journal. How is your husband doing with the low carb? He sounded similar to me.

If before you started low carbing -- you went through "middle age", "middle age crisis", or felt "middle aged" then rebalancing hormones (for both men and women) can be a very good thing.

I don't know too much about rebalancing women's hormones -- but here is some more information:

http://www.vitacost.com/newsletter/...nes&SearchBy=HL

DHEA is used for both men and women because -- hormones are generated from cholesterol through several steps and DHEA is rather high up in the steps. Your body can use DHEA to make testosterone or estrogen. There are tricks to get more testosterone, and less estrogren, in men and the opposite in women.

But I think others for women are Progesterone and Pregnenolone

http://www.vitacost.com/science/hn/...rogesterone.htm

http://www.vitacost.com/science/hn/...regnenolone.htm

But assuming that you've lost all your weight -- hormones are probably fine -- and some DHEA won't hurt.
