Default Two days became three!

I guess you all can tell what happened to me since I went back home last weekend. I cheated on the diet and then I stayed off for Valentine's day. Today was supposed to be my first day back on the diet but I didn't make my lunch and I ate pizza and had soup. So I thre away today and i am going to make the most of it buy eating the left4overs from ysterday's dinner. We went to Red Lobster and I have some crab legs to come home to. I do feel bad for goin off the diet since Saturday night, but now I feel horrible and as punishment for myself I must reveal to you all that I did this. I do feel bad a remorseful for what I have done. Yet again I will start induction tommorow to reverse any bad that I have committed. This is a constant learning thing for me and i am glad to feel comfortable enought to share my ezxperiences with you all. Stay True everybody.

Don't be too hard on yourself, remember this is a way of life NOT a diet, we all have to do what works for us. I slipped up on the weekend and felt horrible afterwards. But I realize now that because this IS a way of life I can't keep kicking myself each time I stray (and it's going to happen) I believe that if I am true to Atkins 99% of the time and slip 1% then I'm still ahead. I want to do this for life so I have to give myself some leeway. Good luck on YOUR journey!!
