Default I confess....

I was making REAL cholcolate cupcakes with REAL cream cheese icing, and cream cheese filling for my family's reunion tomorrow and I ate one! That was at 8:00 this morning. It is now 5:00 and I still feel physically sick! This is the only time I have fallen off the wagon in 3 months of induction phase carbs.
I feel better now since I have confessed to my LC buddies....thanks!

Default chocolate

I am pretty new at this and have fallen off of induction twice now and it has only been a week. (a stupid beer each time..at least chocolate is yummier). Anyways, tomorrow starts a new day and I know that you can get back to the mission at hand!

It looks like you have lost lots of pounds so just remember that and consider that a well deserved treat that only happens occassionally. Think of all the damage you could've done if you weren't doing the diet?

Default Thanks!

Thanks Good EGG

I just wanted to let you know that I dropped another 4 pounds over the past 2 weeks, so no real damage. I am scheduling a cheat day (dessert only) on DHs birthday in Aug. We are both on Atkins and he didn't let me have anything on my birthday (it was only a month on the diet) so we are going to celebrate together. Now knowing that I may get physically ill, I don't know if I want to eat the dessert or not!
