Default Yummy Eggs & shrimp

This morning while rumaging thru my cabinets I cane across a can of salad shrimp, heres what I did

Beat 2 eggs, spread butter in the bottom of my poached dish, then drained the shrimp, layered them on the bottom and the eggs on the top, covered with more Butter

Popped them in the microwave for about 4 minutes, then poured them out of the pan, Now the shrimp are on top and I stuck them in the toaster over for a minute to brown them a little, didn't work so you can skip that step

anyway when they came out slathered with real butter, it was a feast...I mean a great breakfast
