Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake

Okay, I got experimental the other day and whipped this up. It was delicious!!! I whipped about 3/4c of cream with 6 packs of splenda, & a tsp of vanilla. I added 4 oz of cream cheese, about 2 tbsp of SF chocolate syrup and 2 large strawberries chopped up. I didn't really measure everything, so it might need some adjustments, but it is very yummy!
