At lunch out had a couple bites of pupusa to try, chx fajita salad, ceviche, and BYO celery and LC tortilla to have with guacamole--a planned win! Had leftovers for dinner and then ... overate some Frosted Pecans made with Swerve sweetener (Isomalt).
As you can imagine, I ended up "renting" yesterday's food, oopsie! Not as bad as when we first find out what too much maltitol AS will do to you but suffice to say it was a rough night and my brown eyes are blue this morning! Some would say any associated WL is just temporary, but I'm going to claim it and use it for weekend motivation!
