Default Second day and I feel great!

I just wanted to write in to say that although this is only my second day, I feel great and have so much more energy than when I was on Weight Watchers! Two nights ago I had made No Pudge Fudge brownies and I was craving them sooo badly that I actually took 2 large ones up to bed with me!! This is very unusual for me since I am not really a "sweet eater"--much more of a salty snack food type. The brownie incident happened the night before I started TSP. Last night, after dinner, I thought for a brief moment...What am I going to have for a treat? Then I realized that I truly didn't even *want* one! I love not even having a craving for sugar.

I have decided to put the scale away for one whole month and just focus on eating healthy and getting some good exercise (I just got a new bike and love to ride it but I will try not to do it to the point of stressing my body out I'm just so tired of being ruled by the numbers on the damn scale!

One quick question--when you make mexican, does anyone here use whole wheat tortillas instead of corn? I'm not crazy about corn tortillas and I have both regular whole wheat tortillas and also low-carb whole wheat tortillas from Trader Joes. Not sure which one to use tonight with dinner. Thanks!

I use whole wheat tortillas. As far as the low carb vs. regular. I would make sure that both use unrefined unprocessed whole grains and then go for which ever one tastes better at that point or that has more fiber.
