Default simple snack - avocado and pecans

Ok...
Might seem simple and obvious, but I really enjoyed it.

Mash 1 avocado with salt and lemon juice.
Put 1 pecan with each spoonful.
Gives it a nice crunch and added flavor.

voila.

Hey, the simple ideas are often the best ideas. Thanks for sharing.

I wonder if you could make crackers from pecan flour/meal and then use them as rafts for the avocado mash. I've been meaning to try cracker-making for a long time now.
