Default Low Carb Onigiri

I posted a recipe and tutorial for Low Carb Onigiri on my blog, Low Carb Foodie!

Onigiri is Japanese comfort food. It's a savory rice ball, usually stuffed with some sort of filling. My version is made with Cauli-Rice (the greatest thing ever) and while a normal onigiri has 26 grams of carbs and .3 grams of fiber (sans filling), my Cauli-Rice Onigiri with bacon has 5.3 grams of carbs and 2.7 grams of fiber, making this lunch or snack treat a total of 2.6 net carbs!

My wife and I LOVE onigiri - here in NYC there are a few places that make amazing ones - I may try yours with shrimp or tuna

thanks!
